It is a real privilege to be the Principal of Waitaki Valley School. Our school has so much to be proud of — a wonderfully supportive community that ensures we are well resourced, dedicated staff who create engaging and inclusive learning experiences, and amazing tamariki who bring curiosity, enthusiasm, and heart to their learning every day.
At Waitaki Valley School, we believe that education is a partnership between home and school. Our values of being G.R.E.A.T — Good Friends, Respectful, Engaged, Aiming High, and showing Teamwork — guide everything we do, shaping learners who are confident, caring, and ready to take on new challenges.
As Principal, I am excited to build on the strong foundations already in place. I look forward to strengthening relationships with our whānau, Board, and community, and continuing to make our school a place where every child is known, valued, and inspired to achieve their best.
